What are the best ways to manage pain naturally? We will explore herbs, cannabinoids, minerals, fatty acids, essential oils, and homeopathic remedies to make our ways towards wellness. Discover new ways to experience less inflammation and get on the path to natural healing. We will be creating a muscle rub and a bath soak with all natural ingredients. We will also be sharing our own experiences, favorite products and methods to reduce pain and inflammation.
